Tsukimi is a unique counter dining experience with 14 seats, and will offer a modern take on kaiseki, a multi-course Japanese dinner. We are seeking dedicated and hard-working cooks with a passion to learn to be a part of our opening team. As an intimate space with a semi-open kitchen, applicants should feel comfortable working in front of guests. Experience in Japanese ingredients and cuisine is preferred, but not required.
