Puerto Rico Where the ChemistryHappens Plan and coordinate all activities related to the production of Admixture products to ensure timely processing and shipment of customer orders within quality and cost standards.Coordinate distribution schedule with carriers, ensure timeliness of deliveries and accuracy of shipping records; prepare shipping documents as necessary.Develop and implement operating methods and procedures designed to improve operating efficiencies and product quality, within established operating guidelines.Maintain employee Performance Management Process and communicates results with management and employees.Establish and monitor measurable EHS objectives including employee training and awareness programs as part of a continuous improvement process identified and conform to applicable policy and regulations.Must understand and follow all quality initiatives and processes for ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004 and other ISO regulations, procedures and processes as they pertain to job responsibilities.Assure standards of safety, environmental, team and individual performance are met in a high-performance, team-based organizationIngredients for Success: What We Look for in You? A minimum of 5 years previous management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
