Understanding of NYC DOH food safety rules
A customer-oriented approach, a willingness and desire to be the best at hospitality
Weekend and holiday availability required
Read tickets and ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority
Check dishes before delivery for accuracy, presentation, and temperature
Check dishes for specific orders regarding guest allergies and other modifications
Transfer important info between the kitchen and the wait staff (counts, specials, etc.)
Handle complaints indirectly from clients to ensure guest satisfaction
